Shipping policy
Shipping countries
We currently ship to the United States and Denmark.
Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.
Order tracking
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery details
Orders placed before 3:00 pm Central European Time (Berlin) are processed the same day. Average delivery times for all packages are:
- Processing time: 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Delivery time: 4–7 days (Monday to Saturday)
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs on every order. All products are delivered to your home free of charge, and there is no minimum order value.
Delayed orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to two extra days and check your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Did you receive a damaged package, or the wrong items, such as the wrong size or color? Take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
