Refund policy

Your right to return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Refunds are processed within 7 days. There is no restocking fee. Contact customer service to receive a return address.

Return period

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have approved your return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the payment method you used for your order. No restocking fee is charged on returned items.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@liorandmaison.com.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange such an item, email us at info@liorandmaison.com. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you received and place a new order for the item you want.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us: email info@liorandmaison.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If possible, include clear photos of any damage or problem.
  2. Return authorization: our customer service team will reply and explain how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, we may ask for additional information or documentation.
  3. Send the product back: send the product to the address provided, at your own expense. Pack it carefully to avoid damage in transit.
  4. Inspection and processing: when we receive the returned product, we check its condition and the reason for the return, and arrange the refund accordingly. We cannot refund an item that you damaged yourself, or an incorrect item returned to us.

Return shipping

The shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility.
